If you have found yourself asking yourself the same question, welcome to the club of women who are yet to take exercise seriously! There was a time when we did not have to FIND time to exercise but thanks to all the home automation and ‘make it easy’ tools, we need to exercise; and we need to do it regularly.
If you take my advice, I believe that there are three things that are most important for an effective weight loss. I like to keep it simple and straight forward and so are these three things. These are:
- Eat
- Exercise
- Sleep
Eat
When it comes to eating, slow and limited is the mantra. When we eat, there is a time difference between when are full and when our brain tells us that we are full. If you eat fast and engulf all the food, you will end up eating a lot more than you should. So, how do you eat slowly? Chew your food 32 times at least. We will talk about how it helps some other time. For now, trust me that this works.
Exercise
No rocket science here. You need to move your body to lose weight. You need to exercise and you know it. If you have been struggling to find the right kind of exercise to burn fat at home, here is a video that I follow.
I love Roberta’s Gym on YouTube. All of their videos are easy to follow, practical and work for me. The above video shows all the weight loss exercises you can do at home and burn the ugly fat.
Sleep
When you sleep, you help your metabolism; and the rate of metabolism directly affects weight loss. Moreover, there are other things that happen when you do not get enough sleep. You feel tired, lazy and skip exercise schedule. Worst case, you eat out, every day and end up accumulating fat. Also, skipping sleep makes the brain lazy and sad. To cheer itself up, brain looks for something that it likes and fatty food is one thing that brain loves to consume. Now you know why burgers and sandwiches coincide with a sedentary lifestyle.
High intensity interval training workouts use short bursts of very intense activity to bump up your metabolism, burn fat, and even build lean muscle to some extent.
To burn fat at home needs persistence and commitment. You must stay consistent with your efforts to see and maintain results.
Loved the blog, this indeed was something that even I was looking for, thank you for sharing, it was damn helpful
The post is really helpful for people who rarely find time to hit the gym. Loved the content.. Keep the good work up.
This was an easy formula to embrace fitness at home. Most of us hardly get the time to hit the gym.

This is so informative article. Love how you explained everything here. Keep up your work
I love how you have explained in detail about the balances people need for weight loss. The most ignored is, of course, the sleep part and we need to get those good hormones running by sleeping well.
